Here are a couple of photos and a video taken with Melissa's iPhone (hence the poorer quality). We managed to capture some smiles, which he does a lot these days, and a video of him getting antsy before a feeding! :)

When I sleep, Daddy can do some work. Good job Daddy.

First check-up!

Ian had his first check-up today! He is great. The doctor commented on

his alertness, since he makes eye contact and looks all around, and

also commented on how strong he is. He can lift his head a little when

on his belly and often moves it around to look around when you hold

him. His legs and arms are also quite strong :)

He is 4.7 kilos and 58 cm long (or 10.36 lbs and 22.8 inches).

He is in his 5th week of life outside the womb, born exactly 1 month ago!!!
